Don Bosco Recap – June 2019

A kid comes up to me and asks me if he can be a part of the programs although he’s not part of the rotational kids neither the fixed ones. I asked him why he wants to be a part of this program, His response made me realize that unintentionally any kid can be impacted by their peers. He told me, “I never found maths to be this fun…….. I also want to do this fun maths”

Getting involved and working with them is a Joy. I see so much growth with the fixed kids over the past 2 quarters. After breaking the ice with the naughty kids all I had to speak to them with a smile and they wouldn’t hesitate in telling me their challenges.

Following are some things that we saw we did well and the things could’ve gone well:-

Things That Went Well:

  • HT Project – KYC was done combined with AS2
  • Devendra’s Conduct in class has become so much more disciplined after the WordFrame Celebrations
  • WordFrame Participations
  • Madusudan becoming more communicative about his interests

Things That Did Not Go Well:

  • No Tutor
  • No Advanced Coaching.
  • Devendra And Sallapa’s Attempts On Mathletics
  • The Availability of a proper classroom.
